How are Around Here Marketing and The Local Loop connected?
Around Here Marketing is the company behind our advertising and website services. The Local Loop is our neighborhood postcard product, starting with the FishHawk Edition. Local Loop Guide is the name of our neighborhood guide and business website hub.
Can I start with just a website or landing page?
Yes. Tell us what your business needs and we'll discuss a suitable scope. Website work is quoted individually, with hosting, future updates, and ownership or transfer terms agreed before you commit. You don't need to choose a postcard placement to start that conversation.
How do I know whether my postcard category is available?
Send your business name, your main service, and the placement you're interested in. We'll check the agreed category and exact spot for that mailing. A kit or an inquiry isn't a reservation; availability and written booking details are verified before payment.
What does the $99 postcard deposit cover?
The deposit counts toward your $695 Standard or $1,290 Featured placement. That leaves $596 or $1,191 due before printing, on the date agreed in your booking terms.
For new bookings under LL-2026-10-20, cancellation before design begins means a full refund. After design begins but before actual printer commitment, we retain only $99 and refund any paid balance. Payment becomes nonrefundable for a change of mind only after both final proof approval and actual printer commitment. If we cancel or cannot meet the agreed mailing window, we refund everything, even after design or printer commitment.
