Effective October 20, 2026 for new bookings agreed from publication onward only. Existing bookings keep their previously agreed terms.
Standard $695. Featured $1,290. The $99 deposit is credited toward the total. The remaining balance is $596 or $1,191, due on the agreed balance deadline before printing.
Booking details
Before the $99 deposit, we confirm the edition, ad placement, mailing quantity, total price, balance deadline, mailing window and full-card deadline in writing.
Deposit
The $99 deposit counts toward the total price. It is refundable until custom design work begins. If the advertiser cancels after design begins, we retain the $99 deposit. This does not automatically make the unpaid balance due.
Design start
We notify the advertiser before starting custom layout or artwork. Receiving a logo or completing an intake form alone does not count as starting design.
Printing
We do not send the card to print until the agreed full-card requirement is met, every participating advertiser has approved the final proof in writing, and all required balances are paid.
Unfilled or canceled edition
If the card is not filled by the agreed deadline, we cancel and refund all amounts paid unless the advertiser agrees in writing to revised terms. If we cancel the edition or cannot meet the agreed mailing window, all amounts paid are refunded, including the deposit even if design has started.
Advertiser cancellation and paid balances
Before custom design begins, we refund all amounts paid if the advertiser cancels. After design begins but before actual printer commitment, we retain only the $99 deposit and refund any paid balance. Only after both the advertiser's final proof approval and actual printer commitment is payment nonrefundable for the advertiser's change of mind. Proof approval alone is not printer commitment. If we cancel the edition or cannot meet the agreed mailing window, we refund all amounts paid, including after design or printer commitment.
Agree the dates before payment
The full-card deadline and the requirement for a filled card must be agreed for each booking before payment. No default calendar deadline is set by this policy.
We keep the advertiser's written final proof approval and the actual printer commitment as separate records.
A conversation before a booking
This website starts an inquiry in Messenger. Viewing this policy, sending a logo or completing an intake form does not record booking acceptance. The written booking details and this version of the policy must be provided before payment.
Earlier bookings
Existing agreements are unchanged. This version does not replace the terms previously agreed for an existing booking.
