What we collect
When you contact us or use the client portal, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, messages, ad and proof materials, revision requests, and approval decisions. The portal also keeps account and sign-in records needed to provide access. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic account details such as your name and email address for that sign-in. The portal does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google content.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage client access, prepare and review advertising or courtesy pages, record revisions and approvals, send account verification or password reset messages, and protect the portal from unauthorized access.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and portal. Brevo delivers account verification and password reset email. Google processes sign-in when you choose the Google option. These services process information needed for their roles under their own policies. We may also use the contact channel you choose, such as email or Messenger, to respond to you.
Access and choices
A portal account does not automatically grant access to a business placement. We assign access by verified email. You can use the portal to request changes to an ad or control the public visibility of a courtesy page when that option is available for your business. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained to document an agreement, approval, or legal obligation.
